IRIS is committed to quality and excellence across the board
We are currently in the process of securing ISO and UNE Certification, which we aim to have in place by the end of June 2011.
The company’s quality policy is hinged on the following key principles:
- To instill a work ethos of “excellence” at all levels of the company to ensure that all engineering and R&D work carried out by staff is to the highest standards of quality with absolute attention to detail
- To become experts in the knowledge fields of the company, by ensuring that the Knowledge Groups of the company are actively involved in collaborative research with peer researchers from Europe and by ensuring they stay up-to-date with the state-of-the-art in their respective knowledge fields
- To tackle all aspects of our work, both the work carried out internally and work that involves the products and services offered to clients, with a positive “pro-can-do” approach
- To ensure that all external relations with the client and collaborators are conducted in an efficient, professional and energetic manner
- To stay in tune with the market and its requirements, and to ensure that all products, R&D and engineering services are successfully delivered to the clients and market in tune with needs and expectations, and to proactively seek feedback to improve.
